Summary
Product designer with fifteen years across consumer electronics, healthcare, and
service operations — and a habit of shipping my own code. My recent work is
concentrated on systems that guess: repair triage, health assessment flows, and
agent-based service desks. The design problem in all of them is the same —
what the interface does when the model isn't sure, and how fast a person can take
over. I've built one of these end to end and run it in production.
Designer-turned-builder with fifteen years of product experience and a
production Python stack under my own business. I architected and shipped a
four-agent service system on FastAPI and the Anthropic API — specialist routing,
mode switching, and authenticated human handoff — plus the wear-state engine that
dispatches against it. Looking for an engineering role where product
judgment counts and I get to go deep on the code.
